Christmas Eve
Come celebrate the birth of our Savior, Jesus the Messiah. We will gather to sing carols in anticipation of the birth of a baby that would change everything, for everyone, forever!
Wednesday, December 24th @ 5pm
Cookie Buffett
Make this Christmas Eve the sweetest one yet! Bring one dozen (or two!) of your favorite Christmas cookies to share with the church and all our guests.
Making Christmas More Delicious
Following our Christmas Eve service we will invite and encourage everyone in attendance to grab a box and gather up their very own assortment of Christmas cookies to take home and enjoy!
Up North
Our next youth night is scheduled for Saturday, December 13th from 4-8pm at the Enge's house. We will celebrate Christmas “Wisconsin” style. Bring your Wisconsin-themed (e.g.: Cheese, KwikTrip, Packers) “white-elephant” gift to contribute. And come dressed for a blistery cold winter up north.
Christmas Up North
The time will also include sharing a Brat Bar meal together, and then continuing our study asking “Tough Questions About Christianity.” This month's question is "Is there really only one true religion?" Please read Chapter 3 “Can Jesus be true for you but not for me?” in your books in preparation for our study and bring along any questions that you have.
Saturday, December 13th | 4-8pm
We currently meet once a month to learn and grow. Every meeting is different. Sometimes it's a party. Sometimes it's a service project. Often we have deep theological conversations. 7th-12th graders from inside and outside the church are welcome to join.
TFC Confession
For many, the word confession brings to mind admitting a fault—a crime, a sin, or a personal shortcoming. Although confessing sin is an important and healthy practice in the Christian life, the meaning of confession we are considering here is something different.
A Confession is simply a declaration of one’s belief.
Trinity Fellowship Churches’ commitment to the Confession of Faith in no way replaces their primary commitment to Scripture. The Confession simply articulates what the TFC elders understand the Bible to teach.
Many of you have a copy of the TFC Confession that looks like the one in the picture above. TFC has also created an easy to use online version that we encourage you to utilize when your hard copy is not available.
TFC has also created an online version of the Catechism.
If you’re wondering why a Confession is important, consider listening to a sermon by Toby Gayner from King of Grace Church, a TFC partner church in Haverhill, MA. And as a bonus, his English accent alone makes it worth your time.
Three In One
This coming Advent season we will be stepping away from our study through Mark and turning our attention to the three offices of Christ: Prophet, Priest and King. As we approach this Christmas season and look forward with great hope at his second coming, let us reflect on the awesome work Jesus came to fulfill. It all began with a baby in a small Jewish town.
PROPHET
PRIEST
KING
Join us this December as we exalt and glorify the God who condescended to become man and gave his life as a ransom for many! Three Sundays to explore the beauty of Jesus and roles he fulfilled as our great Savior.
Unity In The Gospel
Next week the pastors of Grace Hill (along with their wives) will be spending a few days in Frisco, Texas for a Pastoral Leadership Summit. The purpose for their time away is to seek refreshment, renewal, encouragement and a resolve for the work that Christ has called them to in Merton. Please pray for your pastors and their wives while they are away.
Towards Unity In The Gospel
One of the objectives during our time in Frisco will be to receive the recognition from the Elders of Trinity Fellowship to formally join and partner for the Gospel of Jesus. This partnership was a journey we began pursuing back in February of 2024 and we are now heading towards the finish line. Thanks for all of your prayer and constant support. Thanks for unanimously voting as a church to joyfully enter into this new season!
What’s So Great?
Do Christians work to earn their salvation? Do Christians choose to have faith? These questions have vast implications for the hope, joy, and assurance of the Christian life. When the truth of God's sovereign grace breaks into our hearts, it changes everything!
Doctrines Of Grace
In his book, What’s So Great About The Doctrines Of Grace? author Richard Phillips takes us on a tour of the doctrines of grace, also known as the five points of Calvinism. What often confuses Christians can be easily understood with clear biblical exposition. Phillips helps us to see the extent of our corruption in sin, to anchor our faith in the fullness of grace, and to trust in God's promise to finish what He started-the salvation of His people. When we rely on God's all-sufficient grace, we can truly live for His all-consuming glory.
What’s So Great About The Doctrines Of Grace? Richard Phillips
You can order Phillips’ book online, or swing by the church bookstore and grab a copy. Together let us encourage one another as we read for the glory of God. Let us be Christians who know what we believe and why we believe it.
November Youth Night
Our next youth event will be Saturday, November 8th from 4-8pm at the Lindmark home. We will be playing games, warming near a bonfire (if weather allows), making build-your-own pizzas for dinner, and continuing our study asking the tough questions about Christianity. This month's question is "can't we have morality without religion?" Please read Chapter 4 in your books in preparation for this week and bring along any questions that you have.
